Weddings are our PASSION; We love every moment & detail! Our inspiration comes from the relationship we build with you. We consider EVERY client a potential friend & approach every wedding from that fun, part-of-the-gang perspective. Our images tell your story not from a "fly on the wall" point of view, but from a "friend at the party" point of view. The emotion we capture is in real time, not forced, coaxed, or re-enacted. The memories, therefore, are of the actual circumstances, rather than " what the photographer made us do" . We have an insatiable appetite for knowledge of our beloved craft. Jeremy & I strive to stay ahead of the trends and on the cutting edge of the photography industry. We have an intense knowledge of lighting, both natural & artificial, along with the tenacity it takes to create jaw-dropping images. Being creative is great, but creating an image that speaks to its viewer, comes alive, and translates emotion, for us, is the ultimate achievement; that is what takes us from photographer to story teller.
Although we primarily shoot weddings, we found a real need from our clients for photography beyond their weddings. We are unlike any other portrait photographer; our style is often copied, but never duplicated. We are constantly on the quest for crazy locations; we can be found in back alleys, trespassing on private property, and taking crazy risks to create those mind-blowing images you have come to count on from us! We understand lighting and composition, but even more importantly we have learned to break the rules & push the boundaries, all in the name of art.
About Jeremy & Hara Cook:
We believe we can always be better, do more, & live more. We seek out things labeled impossible & defeat them. We are truly in love & have been for 13 years, married over 11, and we have 3 kids. We are kind of crazy, kind of smart, & kind of funny, but not fully any of these. We are a little eccentric, out of the box, & unique. We lean on our Lord and Savior, Jesus, minute by minute. We make mistakes, we don't try to please everyone, but we always do our best. We love hanging out, and just chillin'. We enjoy being alive on earth.
